Internships

Bioinnovation PSM students are strongly encouraged to engage in external, program-related projects. Internships must be preapproved and can be arranged through the College of Science and Technology, Fox School of Business and Management, or by students themselves. A successful internship can constitute the basis for a student’s capstone project and may lead to full-time employment.

The Bioinnovation PSM program has internship sponsors and partners in different biomedical industry sectors, including

Official job placement is not offered, but the Bioinnovation PSM program is designed to help recent graduates to obtain relevant employment and assist employed professionals with career advancement and/or shift.  

Graduates of the Bioinnovation PSM Program often pursue employment in the fields of

  • technology transfer and

Job Fairs

The College of Science and Technology job fairs, held each fall and spring semester, are open to undergraduate and master’s-level science and technology majors, as well as alumni of the college. Job fairs typically draw more than 60 employers, including Apex Life Science, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the city of Philadelphia’s Office of Innovation and Technology, Elsevier, Lockheed Martin, and the Wistar Institute.
