The Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution certificate program is held entirely online, making it ideal for conflict specialists, human resource managers, leaders and other working professionals. And, like these other certificates, courses in this program can count toward the Communication Management MS should you want to pursue a master’s degree. 

Program Format & Curriculum

Classes for the Graduate Certificate in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution are held entirely online and can be completed in one year when taken synchronously. Students enrolled on a part-time basis can take up to two years to complete the program.

Tuition rates are set annually by the university and are affected by multiple factors, including program degree level (undergraduate or graduate), course load (full- or part-time), in-state or out-of-state residency, and more. These tuition costs apply to the 2023–2024 academic year.

Pennsylvania resident: $1,169.00 per credit
Out-of-state: $1,565.00 per credit
