Geasey Turf Complex is a 98,300-square-foot lighted, multisport turf field and seven (7) tennis courts which is utilized by intramurals, sport clubs and also available for open recreation usage outside of existing programming, athletic practices/matches and academic courses. Access to the Geasey Turf Complex is from the main gate ramp at 15th St. and Polett Walk. During scheduled open recreations hours, which are updated weekly on our website, patrons can use these spaces for a multitude of activities, such as:
- Jogging/Walking
- Having a catch with friends
- Baseball/Softball
- Football
- Frisbee
- Lacrosse
- Soccer passing/dribbling
- Kickball
- Rugby
- Pick-up Games
- Soccer
- Football (2 hand touch or flag ONLY--NO TACKLING)
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Geasey Turf during open recreation:
- Baseball/Softball hitting
- Tackle football/rugby
- Golf
- Bike Riding
- Skateboarding
**Dogs are not permitted on Geasey Turf or the Tennis Courts**
