Program Requirements

The Theater Instruction MA curriculum comprises 30 credits. To earn the degree, students must complete the following required courses.

  • Acting II for Teachers
  • Directing for the Musical Stage for Teachers
  • Intro to Design for Teachers
  • Intro to Directors Art for Teachers
  • Methods of Teaching Theater for Teachers
  • Projects in Directing I
  • Stagecraft for Teachers
  • Stage Management for Teachers
  • World of the Play for Teachers
