Admissions Information

How to Apply

To apply, submit an application along with a fee of $60 to the College of Education and Human Development.

After submitting the application, you will receive instructions on how to submit the additional application materials listed below through your online MyTU account. If you prefer, you may also mail these materials to

You will receive your nine-digit Temple University identification number (TUid) via email once you submit your application for admission. Be sure to include your name and TUid on all documents that you mail to Temple. View a complete set of application instructions for graduate study in the College of Education and Human Development.

Transcripts

Official transcripts from every college and university you have attended are required.

Recommendations

Submit two reference letters from college or university faculty, preferably those in laboratory science areas, who are familiar with your academic and research abilities.

Goals Statement

Your statement should be 500 to 1,000 words in length and include your specific interest in the program, as well as your career goals and academic and professional achievements.

Standardized Test Scores

GRE scores are optional.

Résumé

A current résumé is required.

Interview

An in-person or video interview is required.
