Health Justice and Bioethics Certificate

 Health Justice and Bioethics Graduate Certificate

Learn to understand and analyze the complex issues surrounding health inequities through the Certificate in Health Justice and Bioethics. In this specialized graduate certificate program, students explore the ethics, values and value conflicts involved in healthcare in addition to gaining practical skills, theoretical orientations and the resources necessary to deliver better care. Students graduate ready to become innovators in research, care delivery, and policy and advocacy work. You have one year after being awarded the certificate to apply for the MA. If accepted, all certificate credits can be applied to the master’s degree.

Program Format & Curriculum  

Students can complete the Health Justice and Bioethics Graduate Certificate on a full- or part-time basis within four years.  

To earn the certificate, students must complete the following 14 graduate course credits and earn a minimum GPA of 3. See the Health Justice and Bioethics Certificate curriculum.
