Biography

My primary interest is functional analysis, particularly the geometry of Banach spaces.
Recent work (all within Banach spaces) includes the theory of di erentiation, summa-
bility, and the existence of xed points for maps with a given metric condition. These
are rich areas with deep roots and many connections to other areas.
Secondary research interests from previous projects include computational and applied
knot theory. Secondary research interests also include orbital dynamics and trajectory
optimization.
