Artificial Intelligence Management MS

Artificial Intelligence Management MS

The Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence Management in the Fox School of Business at Temple University prepares business professionals to lead AI initiatives that transform organizations and drive measurable strategic value. This 30-credit, business-first program develops leaders who can identify high-impact AI opportunities, manage the data infrastructure that AI systems depend on, design and deploy AI agents, oversee responsible AI governance, and translate emerging AI capabilities into business outcomes.

The program is designed for early- and mid-career professionals as well as recent graduates entering AI-driven careers. Students complete eight core courses and two electives, culminating in a capstone project coordinated through Temple’s Institute for Business and Information Technology (IBIT) with corporate partners spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services and consumer technology. The fully online format supports busy professionals while preserving opportunities for collaboration and industry connection.

Why study artificial intelligence management in the Fox School of Business at Temple?

  • Designed for working professionals: The fully online format is built around the demands of a working professional’s schedule, while keeping you connected to peers, faculty and industry partners throughout the program.
  • Business-first curriculum: Unlike technical AI degrees offered through engineering and computer science schools, this program keeps the focus on strategy, leadership and implementation—developing professionals who can bridge technical teams and executive decision-making.
  • Industry-connected faculty: You will learn from MIS faculty whose research appears in leading information systems journals and who collaborate regularly with organizations on AI implementation projects, keeping coursework aligned with the pace of AI development.
  • Real-world capstone experience: The culminating capstone integrates the full curriculum through industry projects coordinated by IBIT, connecting you directly to corporate partners across healthcare, life sciences, financial services and consumer technology.
  • Strong regional market: Philadelphia is a national AI hub, and with more than $90 billion in private AI investment flowing into Pennsylvania, demand for professionals who can connect technical capability to business strategy has never been greater.
  • Strong career outcomes: Graduates pursue roles such as AI product manager, AI consultant, AI strategy lead, digital transformation manager and responsible AI officer, with regional salaries starting around $110,000 for entry-level positions and reaching $200,000 and above for senior leadership roles.
