Everyday routines and schedules can pull us away from what's happening in our physical body. When we take a moment to nonjudgmentally observe sensations, it can help us find a grounded calm awareness. Body scans can help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote self-compassion. Join us to explore how to connect with our body and a guided body scan practice.
