Our Mission

The Temple University Community Gateway is a one-stop resource where members of our Philadelphia neighborhoods can receive assistance in connecting to the wide variety of services available through Temple and its community and government partners. Services for individuals, families and children include job training and placement, youth engagement, academic enrichment, and adult education.

We understand that identifying or accessing the many options available may be complicated. At the Gateway, community members will receive on-site and in-person guidance about these services as well as information about how to navigate them.
