4:00pm - 4:50pm | Zumba with Nadia | A cardio dance workout of Latin and World rhythms designed to boost energy, bring people together, and have fun while getting fit. |
5:00pm - 5:50pm | Pilates Basics with Angelina | The most beginner-friendly of our Pilates sessions. It is a mat-based mind-body exercise that focuses on strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture, and breathing. Each exercise is repeated with slight variations to gain confidence and control over it. |
6:00pm - 6:50pm | Dance Cardio with Leyla | A cardio dance workout incorporating a wide variety of dance styles, movements, and popular hits. |
6:00pm - 6:30pm | Cycle HIIT with Jane | This cardiovascular training experience on an indoor cycle bike consists of high and low intensity intervals to get the most out of 30 minutes. |
7:00pm - 7:30pm | Circuits with Dinesh | Strength movements performed in short, intense intervals followed by periods of rest. Movements are repeated in rounds. |
8:00 - 8:50pm | Pilates Mix with Aidan | A mat-based mind-body exercise that focuses on strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture, and breathing. A variation of equipment is utilized to mimic Pilates reformers. |
9:00pm - 9:45pm | Meditative Yoga with Andy | Guided meditation accompanies longer-held yoga poses to further enhance mind-body connection. |

4:00pm - 4:50pm | Barre with Karla | A rhythmic and dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. |
5:00pm - 5:50pm | DanceFit with Mikayla | A cardio and strength dance workout incorporating a wide variety of dance styles, movements, and popular hits. Equipment such as steps, dumbbells, body bars, and mats is utilized. |
6:00pm - 6:50pm | Pilates Power with Toni | Choose to challenge yourself with this higher-intensity mat-based mind-body exercise that focuses on strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture, and breathing. A variation of equipment is utilized to mimic Pilates reformers. |

5:00pm - 5:50pm | Cycle Basics with Matt | The most beginner-friendly of our cycling sessions. This cardiovascular training experience on an indoor cycle bike keeps it simple with minimal choreography. Great for those new to cycling and/or those who love a straight-forward ride. |
