If you're seeking to secure and insure a meeting space at one of Temple's campus locations, all of the necessary documentation can be found below. You'll also find a registration form allowing for minors to be brought to campus, part of Temple's Policy on the Safety of Minors in University Programs.
Facility Use Agreement
Please note that the Facility Use Agreement will be required for all events and will need to be reviewed by Temple University Counsel before confirmation of your event. Contact the Event Coordinator for the location you would like to reserve to be emailed a copy of the Facility Use Agreement.
Special Event Insurance
If you are hosting an event at Temple University or utilizing a Temple facility and do not currently have insurance, short-term and special event policies are available through Event Helper. This will need to be provided to your Event Coordinator before confirmation of your event.
Minors on Campus
If you will be bringing minors on to any of our campuses, you must complete this registration form.
