Culminating Exam Comprehensive Exam Description - The Master's Comprehensive is intended to allow the student to demonstrate a breadth and depth of knowledge in the core areas of English Ed and TESOL.Comprehensive Exam Subject - English Ed and TESOL.Comprehensive Exam Complete - The comprehensive examination is taken after the coursework has been completed.Comprehensive Exam Write - All faculty members associated with this program collectively write and grade the comprehensive exam.Comprehensive Exam Grade - Faculty members separately grade each comprehensive examination using a scale of Pass or Fail. All tests are graded anonymously.Comprehensive Exam Pass - The grades from all faculty members are collected. If there is a wide variation among the scores, the faculty will discuss the performance. All pass/fail decisions are made anonmously.Comprehensive Exam Schedule - The comprehensive exam is given twice each year: in November and April. the exam is administered on Saturday. The specific date for the exam will be provided to the students when they apply to take the exam.
