Adult and Organizational Development

The Department of Psychological Studies in Education offers a Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Development.  The program prepares researchers and practitioners who can bring about planned change in the behavior of individual adult learners, groups, and systems.  It provides a framework within which to study organizations, programs, consultation processes, and evaluation techniques.   Students in the Masters program can choose between two options, Adult Learning and Training, or Organizational and Team Development.

All students complete a group of core courses which includes Interpersonal Dynamics, System Dynamics, Socio-Cultural Dynamics, and a practicum.   The program is a minimum of 36 credit hours and a comprehensive examination is required.  Courses are offered at Temple University's Main Campus.
