Registration Checklist for Online Students
____1. Make sure you review and agree to Expectations of Online Students, which explains our Online Learning platform (Adobe Connect) and the SOPs for participating in our online classes. Make sure you visit the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Homepage, so you can learn more about the RAQA graduate program, its certificate and MS programs, and the academic policies of Temple University.
____2. Review the list of courses scheduled for the upcoming semester. New students may only select those courses that do not have a stated prerequisite. Sorry, but we cannot waive prerequisites.
____3. Complete the self-test of Adobe Connect, since you need the password given at the end to complete your registration form. (You'll find the link for the self-test of Adobe Connect in Expectations of Online Students.)
____4. Fill out the Registration form for Online Courses and fax it to 267.468.8565 or email it to email@example.com. This includes 1) indicating that you have read the Expectations of Online Students, and 2) you have included the password for the self-test of Adobe. The Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Office will only accept complete registration forms for Adobe Connect classes.
You must also read, sign, and fax the Proctoring Process Form with your Adobe Connect registration.
____5. If this is your first registration with Temple University, or if you have recently moved from one state to another, please make sure you include a state residency form.
____6. New students must also provide a copy of their signed resume. They must also include photocopies of transcripts from any colleges they have attended.
____7. If your teacher requires a proctored exam as part of the class, you must also include the Proctoring Agreement within the first two weeks of class.
____8. Make sure you are familiar with the Drop/Add policies for all Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance courses.
