The University occupies ten floors at 1616 Walnut Street, minutes away from City Hall and most of Philadelphia’s business and entertainment resources. The campus space includes the TUCC Director's Office on the first floor, a bookstore, a conference center, the Institute for Continuing Studies, The Business Agenda, Extension Services, the Real Estate Institute, the Temple Association for Retired Professionals (TARP), the Library Resource and Computer Center, and TUCC's Media Services Center. Altogether, there are over 50 classrooms and seminar rooms, labs and studios at the campus.

Parking
As a service to our students, TUCC has negotiated parking discounts at several nearby garages. TUCC has no affiliation with these garages or any role in their policies. In order to get the discount, you must have your parking ticket stamped and show proof of affiliation if asked. You may use the parking validation stamp in the Director’s Office, where we also have a detailed list of participating garages. The rates after 4:00 p.m. range from $3.50 to $6.00.

Facilities
Lounges are conveniently located on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. You’ll find interoffice phones there, also, in case you need to call another Temple office.
