Accounting & Budgeting for Non-financial Managers
Accounting is sometimes described as "the language of business." To communicate with business colleagues, individuals need to know the basics of accounting and finance. This seminar will teach your employees "numbers fluency", at an introductory level, with a focus on primary financial reports and their components. Participants will gain a working knowledge of financial ratios and performance evaluation measures. The latter part of the workshop is typically geared toward group and/or individual exercises intended to meet the specific needs of your business.
