Transfer money from discontinued
copy cards to Diamond Dollars

The Office of Business Services has arranged with Xerox Corporation to provide paid copier service throughout Temple University beginning Aug. 1. The current IKON cards will be accepted until July 31. On Aug. 1, machines will accept either Diamond Dollars, cash or both.

Beginning Aug. 1, Xerox Company will be replacing the IKON cash/coin copiers located throughout Temple University. Temple students and employees who currently have an IKON copy card with any cash value may transfer the value left on the card to their Diamond Dollars account until Oct. 31.  A transfer form may be downloaded at http://library.temple.edu. Please take your IKON card and this completed form to one of the following locations:

Main Campus
Paley Library — Tuttleman Circulation Desk
Law Library — third floor
Diamond Dollars Office

Health Sciences Campus
Kresge Hall Library, second floor
Old Dental School Library

Ambler Campus
Ambler Library
401 Commerce Drive (Fort Washington)

Tyler School of Art
Penrose Hall

1515 Market St., fourth floor

School of Podiatric Medicine

The above locations will be available from Aug. 1 to Sept. 15, 2006.  From Sept. 15 to Oct. 31, 2006, transfers will be made from Paley Library, Kresge Hall and the Diamond Dollars Office. Please allow up to 72 business hours for the funds to transfer. No transfers will be made after Oct. 31.

Employees using University funds will have a replacement card issued and will be not when it will be available. Departments and grant offices will be notified when they can pick up their new cards at the following locations:  Diamond Dollars Office, Kresge Hall, Ambler Library, TUCC and Podiatric Medicine.
