Non-Catalog Contract Vendors
Non-Catalog Contract Commodities include, but are not limited to, the following and must be submitted as a Non-Catalog Item in TUmarketplace:

  • ACME Uniform (listed as a form in TUmarketplace)
  • Bottled Water Service
  • Cable Service
  • Charter Bus Service
    • Charter Bus Form - When submitting your request in TUmarketplace, a completed Charter Bus Form must be attached to your purchase requisition.
  • Document Shredding
  • Maintenance/Service of Office Equipment: including Facsimile Machines, Copiers and Personal Computers
  • CampusShip UPS
  • Office Furniture (NOTE: The Temple Purchasing Card can also be utilized if the order for Office Furniture totals $5,000 or less)

    • Temple University's Human Resources Department has created a partnership with East End / Corrigan Moving Systems / United Van Lines (United Agent), Siracusa Moving & Storage (Allied Agent), and ArmstrongTransfer & Storage Co Inc. (United Agent) to assist with the relocation needs of Faculty, Administrators and Employees.
