Request for Proposal - Enhancing AT Services
Pennsylvania's Initiative on Assistive Technology (PIAT), a program of the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University, has announced a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for federally mandated assistive technology activities under the AT Act (PIAT), device loan activities under Pennsylvania's Assistive Technology Lending Library (ATLL), and Consumer Education and Outreach activities under Pennsylvania's Telecommunication Device Distribution Program (TDDP).
Due to the nature of the work needed for these programs, applicants MUST agree to complete the work for all three programs, and submit all three RFPs.
PIAT is providing this opportunity to enhance the scope of assistive technology services available to people with disabilities in Pennsylvania. This competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) is offered to implement an Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC) to serve a region comprised of the following counties: Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill.
