The Total Wellness program is for you and will assist you in taking a more holistic approach to wellness, moving beyond physical fitness and providing you with a personalized on-line Achieve Well-being programs to guide you throughout your wellness journey.


New Plan year – July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 - Program Summary

Individual Challenge: Relax Before Bedtime – registration begins on Monday, January 20th and ends on Friday, January 31st. The challenge begins on Monday, January 27th and ends on Sunday, February 23rd. The last day to update activities is on Friday, February 28th. Additional details are available on the Blue Cross member portal. To access the challenge select the Health & Well-Being tab from the menu bar of the home page then select Access Challenges. Register for the Relax Before Bedtime individual challenge.
