The Total Wellness program is for you and will assist you in taking a more holistic approach to wellness, moving beyond physical fitness and providing you with a personalized on-line Achieve Well-being programs to guide you throughout your wellness journey.


Last Day To Update Wellness Activities:
June 30th is the last day to update activities to earn rewards and the health care premium discount.


Plan Modifications as a result of Covid-19 pandemic:
Due to the many challenges and changes presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve modified the Total Wellness program to allow participants to continue to earn rewards and monthly discounts by engaging in the activities. Now more than ever, it’s important to take time to focus on wellness. Review the plan modifications.

Take advantage of the on-line resources and continue to earn reward dollars. For complete program details login Into Blue Cross Member portal and select the Health & Well-Being tab, then Earn Rewards to access the program. For more details, click here for on-line resources.

Individual Challenges: Me Time – Registration begins on Monday, May 4th and ends on Friday, May 15th. The challenge begins on Monday, May 11th and ends on Sunday, June 7th. The last day to update activities is on Friday, June 12th. Additional details are available on the Blue Cross member portal. To access the challenge select the Health & Well-Being tab from the menu bar of the home page then select Access Challenges. Register for the individual challenges.
