Team Challenges: Dump the Junk & Sweat Session Team Challenges
Registration begins on Monday September 16th and ends on Thursday, September 26th. The challenges begin on Monday, September 23rd and end on Sunday, October 20th. Login to your IBC member portal and select the Health & Well-Being tab from the menu bar of the home page then select Access Challenges.


Confidentiality - The University has partnered with Independence Blue Cross to provide you with the Total Wellness program.
