ABOUT
THE GRADUATE SCHOOL
The Graduate Bulletin
is produced by the Graduate School to present general information
about Temple University and specific information about graduate
academic programs. For information on professional degree programs
in the Schools of Dentistry, Law, Medicine, Podiatric Medicine,
and Pharmacy, consult the appropriate school. Although every effort
is made to provide complete and accurate information in the Graduate
Bulletin, the descriptions of programs and policies are announcements
only and in no way serve as a contract. This version of the Graduate
Bulletin was released on January 25, 2002. Beginning with this edition,
only a web version will be available. It will be updated, with clearly
identified changes, as new programs and policies go into effect.
Archived versions will be available on the Graduate School website.
Currently, the Graduate School is reviewing the currency of all
Graduate Course Descriptions. Because this will not be completed
until the next edition of the Graduate Bulletin is posted, please
refer to the graduate advisor in the degree program in which you
are interested. Some program descriptions do not yet reflect changes
in course numbers and titles which are underway at the release date.
Prospective students should
read the Graduate Admission Application and all information provided
by individual schools, colleges and degree program. You are strongly
urged to contact the department to which you are applying prior
to submitting an application. Only complete application files will
be reviewed, and many degree programs have specific information
that must be submitted.
