Application Type:
Students have two options to apply for this program. The first option is to apply concurrently to both the Law School and the Business School. Separate applications are required. The second option is to begin Law School and then apply during the first year of Law School. Completed applications are processed throughout the year as they are received. The Admissions Committee then reviews them. The Admissions Committee will review no application until the application is complete. A completed application includes the application form, two references, official GMAT and TOEFL (if applicable), official transcripts and / or marksheets, Statement of Goals, resume, and application fee. International students who miss the January 15th deadline are required to submit to Temple University an evaluation of their transcript by an approved educational evaluation firm.

From whom:
Letters of recommendation should come from college/university faculty members familiar with academic competence and/or immediate work supervisor.

Statement of Goals:
Applicants for the MBA program are expected to submit a Statement of Goals that describes future goals in specific terms. Applicants should avoid use of generalizations or blanket statements. The Statement of Goals should address how the MBA will assist in achieving the applicant's goals.

Standardized Test Scores:
The GMAT is required. Applications with scores under 500 are not considered for the MBA program. Applicants scoring less than 500 are encouraged to re-take the GMAT to be considered for admission.

Minimum TOEFL score or range of scores needed to be accepted:
230 on the computerized exam or 575 on the paper exam. Students scoring less than 600 on the paper TOEFL or 250 on the computer TOEFL are required to take the SPEAK test and may be required to take an English course to improve communication skills.
