PROGRAM INFORMATION

Executive Program, MBA

The Fox School of Business and Management offers MBA programs that help develop a solid understanding of business models created by the synergistic forces of globalization, entrepreneurship and information technology. Our approach to graduate education helps develop practical expertise through case analysis, presentations, interaction with business practitioners, and team projects. The Fox School prepares students to step immediately into key management roles in highly specialized fields. The Fox School is the region's second largest business graduate school with over 1300 students studying in 16 areas of concentration, including the region's second oldest Executive MBA program. Campus Location:
ACE Conference Center

The entire program is provided at the ACE Conference Center in Lafayette Hills, PA on alternating Fridays and Saturdays.

Students are required to complete the degree program through classes offered before 4:30 p.m.

Ranking:
The Fox School of Business and Management holds numerous rankings and is ranked 14th by Computerworld for our technology MBA programs. The Financial Times has ranked the Fox EMBA program as 32nd internationally. The Fox School of Business and Management holds specialty rankings of 26th in the nation for its healthcare management programs. The Fox School also has been recognized for research in numerous departments. The Fox School is currently working to submit materials to several media outlets responsible for the general ranking of business schools. The Fox School believes that our general MBA programs will be ranked in the top 50 business schools.

STAT 802 – Quantitative Techniques for Management (3 s.h.) FIN 804 – Financing the Enterprise (3 s.h.) BA 802 – Managing Information in the Enterprise (3 s.h.) MKTG 804 – Managing Marketing in the Enterprise (3 s.h.) MSOM 806 – Managing Operation in the Enterprise (3 s.h.) ACCT 804 – Strategic Cost Analysis for Enterprise Management (3 s.h.) Business Law 802 – Law and Ethics in the Enterprise (2 s.h.) HRA 804 – Managing and Developing Human Capital in the Enterprise (2 s.h.) FIN 806 – Enterprise Financial Management (3 s.h.) Research is supported by the Fox School of Business and Management's eBusiness Institute, the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the Institute of Global Management Studies, the Institute for Healthcare Management, the Center for e-Marketing, the Ethics Resource Center, the Safeguard Scientifics Center for Economic Education, the Institute for Financial Services, and the Small Business Development Center. Research interests of the Fox School faculty are also supported by numerous centers and institutes throughout Temple University.

Interdisciplinary Study :
Students in the Executive MBA program do not have an area of concentration. Instead, they receive the breadth and depth required to succeed as an executive.

An optional international trip is arranged by the students of the EMBA program.
