From whom:
One letter should be obtained from the candidate's direct supervisor, indicating that the supervisor is aware of and supports the candidate's involvement in Temple's QA/RA graduate program.

Statement of Goals:
Students should describe their experience in the pharmaceutical or related-industries, indicating how the QA/RA program will help them achieve their career objective.

Standardized Test Scores:
The GRE is required. A minimum score of 1000 on the GRE is required. Both the quantitative and qualitative section scores should be in the 50th percentile or above.

The GRE/GMAT is required. A minimum combined score of 1000 on the GRE quantitative and qualitative sections is required. Scores from the GMAT will be considered in lieu of the GRE; however, the candidate must write to the Graduate Studies Office for specific requirements.

The GRE/MAT/GMAT is required. A minimum conbimned score of 1000 on the GRE quantitative and qualitative sections. Scores from the GMAT will be considered in lieu of the GRE; however, the candidate must write to the Gruadate Studies Office for specific requirements. Scores from the MAT may not be submitted.

Minimum TOEFL score or range of scores needed to be accepted:
600 on the paper-based test or 250 on the computer-based test.

A resume is required.

    Transfer Credit
    Students may transfer a maximum of 6 credits (two courses) into the MS program. These credits must be similar or identical to courses offered in Temple's QA/RA program. In addition, the student must request the transfer credits at the time of application to the MS program, providing copies of course syllabi.
