MFA
The graduate program in Fibers is a two-year, 60-credit hour program leading to the Master of Fine Arts Degree.
Our nationally recognized faculty bring the program a reputation for excellence in teaching and a wide range of attitudes and philosophic positions. This is complemented by an extensive schedule of visiting artists and critics. The students can also draw from the cultural resources of Philadelphia and the nearby art centers of New York and Washington, DC.

of Specialization:
In the Fibers Area, equipment is available for traditional and contemporary techniques, including new technologies that allow the development of surface imagery with photographic stencils, as well as the creation of weave structures on a computer AVL loom. Students are encouraged to experiment with the materials, techniques, and concepts previously developed in their work.
