Human Resource Administration, MS

Campus Location:
Center City, Fort Washington

The business foundation classes are offered at both campuses throughout the year. Upper-level courses are not offered at all campuses. Courses are also offered on-line.

Full-time/Part-time Status
Students are able to complete the degree program through classes offered after 4:30 p.m.

Prerequisite for Program: STAT 402 HRA Courses Required: BA 510: Managing People and Organizations Choose five of the following HRA courses: HRA 511 Organizational Communication and Information Management; HRA 512 Managing Productive Work Teams; HRA 513 Power, Influence, Negotiation; HRA 514 Building High Performance Organizations; HRA 515 Best Practices in HR; HRA 516 Strategic Reward Systems; HRA 517 HR in a Dynamic Environment; HRA 598-599 Independent Study. Business Electives: Choose three 500-level Business Electives, not HRA, or you may complete other graduate courses with the approval of your advisor. Capstone: HRA 525 Strategic Challenges in Human Resources
