Campus Location:
Center City, Fort Washington

The business foundation classes are offered at both campuses throughout the year. Upper-level courses are not offered at all campuses. Courses are also offered on-line.

Full-time/Part-time Status
Students are required to complete the degree program through classes offered after 4:30 p.m.

General Program Requirements:

Required Courses:
Admission Pre-requisites (0 – 5 courses) 1. Knowledge of programming: Specific demonstrate-able software development experience or two semesters of sequential introductory and intermediate programming courses. If you need to take these courses, we recommend you learn Visual Basic or Java. 2. Knowledge of information systems: Relevant work experience or MIS 100. 3. Knowledge of organizations: Two years full time work experience or you will be asked to take 1 or more courses from the MBA foundation such as Accounting 401, Finance 401, and Marketing 401. Core (4 Courses) MIS 510 Information Systems Management and Processes MIS 520 Database Analysis and Design MIS 530 Information Systems Modeling and Development MIS 540 Internet and Intranet Design Electives and Seminars (5 Courses) 2 – 5 MIS Graduate 500-level or above courses (except MIS 501) 0 – 3 Approved Graduate 500-level or above courses outside MIS MIS 950 Capstone
