Through the program’s curriculum, you can

  • complete three required courses as your introduction to the program;
  • take courses at your own pace to accommodate your schedule, with the ability to earn your degree in 24 months or up to six years; and 
  • finish with the consulting capstone, a powerful immersion course through which you’ll gain the hands-on knowledge that will prepare you to lead.

The Online MBA’s innovative learning environment is designed to keep you engaged with faculty, your classmates and the Fox community.

A weeklong on-campus residency, featuring the first course of the program as well as networking and team building activities, kicks off the program. Live online sessions provide a collaborative atmosphere for interacting with your coursework and your peers from wherever you are. The same faculty members that teach Temple’s on-campus programs lead the Online MBA courses.


With courses delivered online and in a mobile-friendly format, the Online MBA offers the prestige of the market-driven Fox MBA through a flexible learning pathway.

Curriculum Structure

The Online MBA’s curriculum was created to provide you with multiple entry points, so you can complete courses as your schedule permits. Students can earn their degree in few as 24 months, or they can take up to six years.

Courses are offered over three semesters (fall, spring and summer), and they typically begin at the start of each semester. Additional coursework and activities are required throughout the week.

At the beginning of your first semester, you’ll join your classmates on campus for a week of networking, professional development and your first course of the program. You’ll attend information sessions on student financial services, participate in professional development workshops, network with your classmates and more.

Each course is delivered online with live and collaborative web conferencing sessions with faculty and classmates are held on Thursday nights from 8–10 p.m. ET.
