Careers & Opportunities
Starting in your second year, you’ll have the chance to work on-site in the Psychoeducational Clinic of Temple University doing comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations with clients, generally between the ages of five and 21. The clinic operates on a sliding scale, and students have a chance to work with families and young people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Graduates of the School Psychology EdS typically practice school psychology in either public or private schools, conducting evaluations and developing intervention programs. Others go on to become educational consultants or supervisors of special education. Currently, the program has 100 percent internship and job placement rates for its students and graduates.
