Integrative Exercise Physiology (IEP) Concentration

Students will apply using the Centralized Application Service for Public Health (SOPHAS). The documents listed below will all be submitted through SOPHAS.

For admission consideration, applicants must have a baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from an accredited post-secondary institution, with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 (or the functional equivalent).

Athletic Training (AT) Concentration

Students will apply using Athletic Training Centralized Application Service (ATCAS) system. The documents listed below will all be submitted through ATCAS.

For admission consideration, applicants must

  • have a baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from an accredited post-secondary institution, with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 (or the functional equivalent).
  • be a certified athletic trainer or be currently enrolled in an accredited professional AT program.

Laptop Requirement

Laptops are integrated into the curriculum at the College of Public Health to improve opportunities for active learning and provide greater access to specialized software and required tools in and out of the classroom. Incoming students are required to have a laptop that meets certain minimum hardware specifications. Review full laptop requirements.

Additional Requirements for International Students

For applicants whose native language is not English, the TOEFL or IELTS exam is required with the following minimum scores: 79 on the internet-based TOEFL or a 6.5 on the academic version of the IELTS. 

A WES Evaluation is required for applicants who completed their degree outside of the United States. This can be requested and submitted through ATCAS.
