Graduates of the Conflict and Communication master’s program do not simply observe change—they create it. After the completion of the program, you are equipped to excel in the workplace with your ability to research and analyze the role communication plays in managing conflict throughout the system. Our graduates are prepared to serve in a number of areas, including

  • nonprofit research institutions and 
  • social advocacy organizations. 

With its emphasis on research and analysis, this program is also uniquely suited to prime students for doctoral studies in the social sciences.
