Applied Behavior Analysis Graduate Certificate

The Applied Behavior Analysis Graduate Certificate program in the College of Education teaches students how to assist children with special educational needs while also increasing their professional contributions to their educational, nonprofit or social services organizations.

This graduate-level certificate program teaches you

  • effective instructional strategies for teaching students with autism spectrum disorders,
  • ethical practices for behavioral analysts,
  • implementation of a behavioral change program,
  • theoretical foundations of behavioral analysis and more.

The Applied Behavior Analysis Graduate Certificate also provides the opportunity to earn onsite clinical experience through Temple’s Psychoeducational Clinic, which offers comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for adolescents, children and young adults who are experiencing academic difficulties.

Program coursework fulfills the requirements of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) but does not culminate in a degree.
