W.H.I.P.,Temple University's Student Run Radio Station, is the backbone of the radio experience at Temple University. We offer the opportunity to gain professional radio operating experience, while also expressing our freedom and creativity as college students.
The overwhelming majority of our listeners are right here in Philadelphia - in and around Temple's campus. But we have listeners in Egypt, Italy, Qatar, Israel, France, Norway, and more!
WHIP is open to all students. Stop by the Student Center Atruim every Wednesday and see what we're all about. From 11AM to 2PM you can meet our DJ's, learn more about WHIP, and get some free give-aways from major record labels!
