Bike Temple Rolls Out!

Look for the Bike Temple tables located at the intersection of 13th St. and Berks Mall during Temple Fest, August 27th and 28th from 1-5pm.  Bike Temple is a new Temple University initiative, with support from Breakaway Bikes and Fitness of Philadelphia and Fuji Bikes/Advanced Sports.  Its goal is to encourage and support the cycling culture on campus and in the community in all its forms, from 27-speeds to Deep V’s, and promote the bicycle as a form of transportation.  Come tell us what YOU want Bike Temple to include!  Whether you’ve been cycling to campus for years, or you just want to start, we want you to stop by.  Find out how to add FUN to your weekdays while keeping money in your wallet, helping the environment, and improving your health.  Representatives from Neighborhood Bike Works (the “Bike Church”!), Philadelphia Mountain Bike Association, Temple Cycling Club, and the Temple Center for Obesity Research and Education will be on hand.
