Shabbat Lunch and Learn: Judaism and Social Justice
What is social justice? What makes justice work Jewish? Is there a difference between community service and social change work? What does the Jewish tradition teach about social justice, community service, and visions for a just future? First year students are invited to a bagel lunch and learn on Saturday August 29th to explore these questions and more. Join us for lunch at the Hillel at Temple building to learn more about Jewish approaches to justice, and how you can get involved in Tzedek (justice) work through Hillel at Temple.
