As a participant in the second annual FreshServe, you will join hundreds of your classmates serving the surrounding communities.  Last year, over 1,400 hundred volunteers were introduced to Philadelphia and made an immediate positive impact by cleaning, painting and meeting their new neighbors.  Help us make this year even more successful for Temple and the city!

Disability Resources and Services

100 Ritter Annex             

DRS is hosting an open house for parents and students. They will provide general information to parents and students on services available to students with a disability. DRS staff will be available to answer questions for parents and students. No appointment necessary, just stop in.  Light refreshments served.

International programs is hosting an ice cream social for students who are interested in international programs and studying abroad.

CeLIBration at Paley Library

Festivities start on Paley Library's First Floor - Bell Tower Entrance

No shushing, studying or tours at the Library during this CeLIBration event. Just music, food, video game competitions and making new friends at Paley Library. Oh yeah, giveaways and prizes too.  See the complete CeLIBration schedule at

TU vs Manhattan (volleyball), McGonigle Hall

Temple Women’s Volleyball team will battle Manhattan in McGonigle Hall at 4:30 PM. Come cheer your owls to victory.

Newman Center

Music, games and videos at the Newman Center. Students will be gathering for some fun before going over as a group to the Temple Tailgate Party at Edberg-Olsen Field.

Shabbat Dinner, Hillel House

Join us for Shabbat candle lighting, optional services and a FREE kosher Chinese dinner.  After dinner, join us as we walk over to Edberg-Olsen Field and watch Temple take on Army!

6:30pm-8pm

Tailgate Party, Edberg-Olsen Field

Cheer on the Temple Owls in the opening game against Army.  The cheerleaders and Diamond Gems will teach you our school cheers and fight song, and you can learn how you can win FREE tuition through Temple Athletics!  There will be giveaways, food and games. FREE t-shirts to the first 1,000 students.

Welcome to Temple Party, McGonigle Hall

You have never seen a party quite like this.  Join Main Campus Program Board and Temple University's Greek Association for the traditional McGonigle Party.  This is one people will be talking about for the next four years.
