The Temple experience begins with the student's decision to join the Temple community and continues beyond graduation.  Our goal is to provide an experience for our students, encouraging each to build and sustain enduring relationships with friends, faculty and administration while supporting their growth into successful alumni and active members of society.  The Temple community begins this process with Welcome Week.  The purpose of Temple's Welcome Week is to:

• Create an everlasting impression on new students, parents and families
• Provide a seamless opening for the University
• Build community and a sense of belonging for students and families
• Shape academic and co-curricular expectations
• Instill a shared Temple identity
