The Center for the Advancement of Teaching (formerly the Teaching and Learning Center) offers resources, webinars, seminars, workshops, consultations and training opportunities to help faculty learn new technology skills and best practices that advance student success in the classroom.
Faculty developers and instructional technology specialists assist faculty members with designing curriculum, creating effective assignments and assessment materials, and receiving individualized training on instructional technology.
Additionally, the Center has a cross-disciplinary and cooperative space in the TECH Center, Suite 112, where colleagues can learn from and support each other to maximize instructional quality and enrich teaching.
