1. Nguyễn Duy Chiến is Director General of the Center for Maritime Policy Study, Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs National Boundary Commission.
2. Nguyễn Vũ Tùng is Department Head at the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry’s Institute of International Relations.
3. Nguyễn Nhã is a historian and Director of the Institute of Vietnamese Cuisine Studies.
4. Vũ Quang Việt is the former Head of the U. N. Statistical Service and an independent scholar.
5. Andrew Scobell is Associate Professor of International Affairs at the George H. W. Bush School of Government and Public Service, Texas A&M University.
6. Ngô Vĩnh Long is Professor of Asian History at the University of Maine.
7. Ken MacClean is Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Clark University.
