CAMPUS EMPLOYMENT

There are many opportunities to find on-campus employment.  Jobs are available in offices, the residence hall, exhibitions, health services, library, technical studios, computer labs, and recreational instructors and recreational assistants.   Top priority goes to students with work-study, however, there usually are some shifts available for non-work study students.   If you qualify for work study please see additional information in the “Financial Services” section of this handbook.   When applying for a campus job you should bring your schedule to show when you are available to work as well as your white card if you have work study (obtainable through Financial Services).  Students should apply to places where they would be interested in working just as they would for an off-campus job.   Some other opportunities for employment are Campus Police, and the Barnes & Noble Bookstore, all of which can hire non-work study students.
