Complete this form to enroll in Temple University's Digital Image Database.
You MUST have a Temple email account to enroll.
Once you are enrolled as an instructor, you will also be automatically enrolled in the Gallery Community, which is located on the Temple Blackboard site. Within the Gallery Community, You can find help documents and the latest updates and news.
Once we have received your a completed form, it may take up to 5 business days to process your request.

Gallery Add Image Request
Use this form to request an image to be scanned from a library book and added to the Digital Image Database. You will need to enter the book's title, author, and call number; as well as the image's fig. number, page number and a description of where the image is placed on the page.

Gallery Discrepancy Form
Please fill out this form if you notice a typo, mis-spelling, incorrect or blank information that should be corrected within the Digital Image Database. Please be as specific as possible about the discrepancy.
