your work- it can be large pieces of
cardboard taped a long one long side
18" X 24" newsprint pad
18" X 24" drawing paper pad suitable for
charcoal, pencil
box of Vine Charcoal
Choice of Conte crayon, compressed
charcoal, carbon pencils
[optional = kneaded eraser, pencil
sharpener, sketch book 9" x 12", chamois]
Painting
1-3 loose 18 X 24 sheets of better
quality drawing paper (Canson, Strathmore,
Arches, Utrecht)
palette paper or glass or wood palette
basic acrylic or oil paint set
paint brushes- a selection of round, flat,
bright, filbert (these do not need to be
expensive)
palette knife
3 pieces 18x24 canvas board ($2.15 at
