Temple University’s Architecture
Program was founded in 1969 and in 1978
the five-year BArch program was accredited
by the National Architectural Accrediting
Board. The Program believes that the mission
of an architect, and architecture as a
whole, should be to create aesthetically
enriching built environments for the needs
of human beings, to revitalize the urban
fabric, and to serve as stewards of the
global environment.
