Disease; New Collaborative Approach Aims to Change Behavior of
Physicians and Women (January 30, 2002)
Heart disease is the number-one killer of women, and women will continue
to die from heart attacks and heart disease unless a new approach is
taken. Temple University Hospital is one of only 15 health centers in
the U.S. chosen to introduce Women’s HeartAdvantage -- a model program
that is part of a new national initiative to change women’s behavior
