Academic Advising

Non-Matriculated Students
It is not necessary to apply and be admitted to degree program in order to register for credit courses. Non-matriculated students take courses for professional development, personal enrichment, or eventual application to a Temple University degree program. Visiting students from other colleges or universities are also non-matriculated. To learn more about taking courses as a non-matriculated student, please contact the TUCC Advising Coordinator. Office hours are scheduled so that you can meet with an adviser during your lunch hour or after work. You can also discuss transfer options and career-related topics.

Monday through Thursday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Call 215-204-4358 for more information or to schedule an appointment. Appointments are recommended.

TUCC advising is made more convenient with the online (virtual) option, Webex -- a web-based conferencing software that you can easily access without establishing an account. To schedule a virtual advising appointment, just send an e-mail message to and request an appointment time. We look forward to meeting with you online.
