Temple's Real Estate Institute, located close to Suburban Station, is convenient to SEPTA train and bus service, the Broad Street and Market Street subways and the PATCO HI-Speed line. Evening parking discount rates, with Temple validation, are available at the garage locations listed below. Temple University has no affiliation with these garages or any role in making their policies. In order to get the discount, you must show your photo ID (example: driver license or company ID) to the security guard on the Ground Floor at Temple University at 1515 Market Street. At that time your ticket will be stamped.
1500 Market Street (entrance on 16th Street near Ranstead Street)
- Evenings: M-F, $5.00 after 3:00 PM (must exit by 12:00 midnight)
- Weekends: $5.00 for up to 12 hours (must exit by 12:00 midnight)
1700 Market Street (entrance on Market Street)
- Evenings: M-F, $5.00 after 3:00 PM (must exit by 12:00 midnight)
- Weekends: $5.00 for up to 12 hours (must exit by 12:00 midnight)
