The new Technology Support Center at the Health Sciences Center offers the following services to Temple's faculty, staff, and students:

VIRTUAL HELP DESK AND PC CLINICS
Live consultations with a Help Desk consultant via web cam and microphone

COMPUTER TRAINING
Free seminars on a variety of topics, such as creating web pages, using word processing and presentation programs, and safe computing are available to Temple students, faculty, and staff

TECHNICAL CONSULTATIONS
Technical consultations on Blackboard, digital video, and a variety of other topics are available to faculty and staff– one-on-one appointments are available

PRODUCTION SERVICES
Drop-off production services are available to faculty and staff for a fee and include: poster printing, slide scanning, slide recording, CD duplication, VHS conversion, and audio cassette conversion
