What I Do Once I Have an Intellectual Disability (ID) Waiver

This training is for people who are enrolled in either the Consolidated or Person/Family Directed Support (PFDS) waiver and need further information on what services and supports are available. We discuss the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and how it is related to coordination of and funding for services. This training will provide a brief history of waivers and continue with the importance of planning; specifics about the various services offered through the Intellectual Disability (ID) waivers; and your rights in the process, including your right to disagree. (3 hours)
