NEW Training!
Individual Support Plans (ISP) for Self-Advocates

This training tells you about the ISP (Individual Support Plan), which is an agreement between a person who needs services in the MR system and the people who promise to provide those services. You will learn how an ISP meeting takes place and who should be there with you. A good ISP should say how you want to live your life and what you need to be healthy and safe. This training will help you understand the different parts of the ISP. After this training, you will know how to make your ISP work for you.
